Ian Burton is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with over 25 years' experience in corporate and commercial transactions.  Ian is also an attorney admitted to the bar in the State of New York.

 

Ian is a graduate of University College London, from which he holds a Bachelor of Laws. 

 

His legal career started in 1992 with Nicholson, Graham & Jones (now part of K&L Gates), and subsequently saw him work at Nabarro (now part of CMS), leading U.S. firm Paul Hastings, and City boutique practice Starr & Partners, which he helped found in 2004.
